1. Provide corporate clients with local property market intelligence and market research 2. Formulating and executing strategic real estate plans for corporate clients 3. Identify, analyze and evaluate property options for clients 4. Manage commercial property leasing transactions 5. Communicate with clients’ global / regional corporate real estate executives 6. Identify, create and develop new business opportunities Remark: The position will take a supporting role for the above responsibilities
