【職務內容】 Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. 與各部門協作,協調相關資源協助各部門並追蹤專案執行進度。 2. 擔任跨部門會議記錄,記錄會議重點及執行事項並追蹤各部門執行事項完成度。 3. 完成執行長交付之各項專案及工作事項。 4. 優化公司各項營運流程以提升跨部門協作效率。 5. 安排並管理執行長日常會議及行程。 1. Lead the definition of the evolution, management, integration, and implementation of sales support systems/processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and its revenue attainment and market development objectives. 2. Lead compensation/quota planning, headcount/new markets planning, and executing initiatives. 3. Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, own the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the performance of our sales team, customers, prospects, partners, markets, and products/services. 4. Manage the weekly monthly cadenced business reporting. 5. Develop relationships and processes with sales, marketing, BD, TS/CS, legal, finance, HR, sales, operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues. 6. Identify and rectify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution. 7. Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed. 【技能必要條件】 1. 具良好溝通、問題解決及資源整合能力,能有效協調跨部門並推動專案執行。 2. 具專案管理及推行能力,按時完成主管指派的專案任務。 3. 具良好邏輯組織能力,能持續觀察並提出營運流程優化方法。 4. 具商業合作及業務洽談能力。 【加分條件】 1. 熟習電商營運,具電商產業相關工作經驗佳。 2. 具外語能力(英、日),擅於以外語進行商業合作洽談。
