Job Description: A qualified trade fair coordinator is responsible for 1. 展覽行政與收支管理: 統整全球銷售單位的銷售報表與攤位圖,維持資料即時更新,提供團隊內部分析使用。 Consolidate sales reports and booth maps from global sales units, maintain real- time updates, and provide data insights for internal review. 2. 展商線上系統與服務訂單管理: 管理展商後台系統,協調協力廠商確保準時提供參展商所訂之服務。 Manage the exhibitor backend system and coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of ordered services. 3. 主辦單位服務與印刷物製作: 負責所有現場識別物與裝飾項目的製作與進度管理,建立更有效率的展場規劃與提升參 展參觀體驗。 Oversee the production and progress of all on-site visuals and branded materials (signage, badges, decoration), optimizing event layout and enhancing exhibitor & visitor experience. 4. 展場佈置與現場執行: 協調展館方、施工廠商、協力廠商,安排場地規劃、會場設置與現場作業流程安排。 Coordinate with venues, contractors, and vendors to plan venue layout, set up the show site, and manage on-site operational procedures. 5. 成本控管與報價分析: 蒐集與比較協力廠商報價,制定合理價格機制,控管展務支出,達成品質與預算的最佳 平衡。 Collect and compare vendor quotations, establish pricing mechanisms, and control operational costs to achieve the best balance between quality and budget. This role will focus on trade fair events operations, and there's the potential for growth into marketing roles requiring additional skill development in the related areas.

(固定或變動薪資因個人資歷或績效而異)1. 中英文近母語程度,具備流暢聽說讀寫能力 Near-native proficiency in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills 2. 能以中英文與國際客戶或廠商進行有效溝通與協調 Able to coordinate and communicate fluently with international clients and vendors 3. 熟悉 Excel,能應用於工作流程追蹤與資料整理 Proficient in Microsoft Excel for workflow tracking and data organization 4. 具備基本公式設置與表格邏輯架構能力 Able to set up formulas and manage spreadsheet logic independently 5. 曾參與活動、展覽、或專案執行相關經驗者優先 Experience in event, exhibition, or project coordination is a plus 6. 有跨國客戶/廠商溝通、服務或合約協調經驗者加分 Experience in handling international clients or contractor coordination is a strong advantage
