 4-Year University Degree in any discipline; preferably experience in studying abroad  Fluent and/or adequate in professional Oral and Written English  With passion and motivation working with kids ranging from preschool to primary school  Likes to make an impact and influence with education and educators  Can work under stress, and is deadline orientated; has a great sense of responsibility  Can understand and tolerate variety of working culture and have proficient understanding of people skills of different culture  Is flexible with working time and has the ability to quickly adapt to changes and uncertainty  Proactive and takes the initiative on different tasks at work  Can work independently when necessary when skills sets matures  Has good time management ability to shift working tasks comfortably  Not afraid to make mistakes, ask questions, and learn from mistakes  Can share routine loading or tasks of the Education Manager  Has good working knowledge or curriculum development structure or has the willingness to develop skill set and knowledge towards curriculum development and structure
