Fugro IOVTEC is committed to providing the following key services for Offshore Wind Farm in Taiwan: ●Marine Geophysical services ●Marine Geotechnical services ●Standard and advanced soils testing ●Metocean surveys 身為世界一流的地理數據分析專家，輝固集團精通各項地理數據。通過綜合數據採集、分析和建議，我們幫助客戶降低其在陸地和海上資產的設計、建造和運營過程中的風險。通過提供能源轉型、大型永續公共建設和氣候變遷適應的解決方案，為努力提供一個安全、宜居的地球獻上我們的專業。 輝固Fugro與國際海洋IOVTEC在2017年簽署了一份合作備忘錄，共同承攬台灣某大型離岸風力開發商的地質鑽探、地球物理調查和海洋氣象研究項目，協助開發商在工程設計和環境影響等方面做評估。為支持台灣的綠色能源革命並響應政府在地化政策，國海輝固股份有限公司Fugro IOVTEC 於2020年正式成立，此舉除了增加雙方的緊密合作，也強化了輝固集團再生能源策略發展於亞太地區的一環 輝固 IOVTEC 致力於為台灣海上風電場提供以下主要服務： ●海洋地球物理服務 ●海洋大地工程服務 ●土壤實驗室測試 ●海洋氣象調查 JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES： 【Testing】 • Perform stress path and advanced testing to the highest levels of safety and testing standards. • Inspect laboratory test results conducted by in-house, offshore, and third-party laboratories. • Ensure the process conforms to client, statutory and management system requirements. • Assist in developing new working practices and methods to improve the efficiency and quality of advanced testing. • Inform / alert the Laboratory Manager of any discrepancy in testing procedures. 【Equipment Maintenance】 • Ensure that all equipment used in the Advanced Testing areas of the Laboratory is working, calibrated and is fit-for-purpose. 【QHSSE】 • Assist in maintaining accreditation of the laboratory and promote good QAQC practices for all staffs. • Adhere to all Fugro QHSSE Management systems, policies, and standards at all times. 【Data Processing】 • Create software application templates for data processing. • Assist in the processing, presenting, and checking of advanced test results. 【Training】 • Train technicians in the theoretical aspect of soil laboratory testing. 【Travel】 • Willing to work on vessel for offshore site investigation work, if required. • Willing to travel to other countries for work purposes as and when requested by the company. 職務說明/執掌： 【實驗】 • 依照最高等級的安全性和實驗標準執行應力路徑和進階實驗。 • 確保實驗流程符合客戶、法規和管理系統要求。 • 協助開發新的工作流程、方法，以提高先進實驗的效率和品質。 • 回報實驗室經理測試程序中的任何差異。 【設備維護】 • 確保、校準實驗室儀器並確保其正常運作。 【QHSSE】 • 維護實驗室的認證，並推廣良好的 QAQC 實踐。 • 遵守所有Fugro QHSSE管理系統、政策和標準。 【資料處理】 • 為資料處理建立軟體應用範本。 • 協助處理、呈現和檢查進階測試結果。 【培訓】 • 對Laboratory Technician進行教育訓練。 【出差】 • 依公司要求，在船舶上工作，進行海上現場調查工作。 • 依公司要求，因工作需要出差到其他國家。
