
Key job responsibilities 1. Coordinate build activities from prototype through ramp in by playing counterpart between external client and internal engineering team 2. Effectively communicate build statuses, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies 3. Engage heavily with overseas teams on failure analysis to drive RC/CA activities to resolve issues and improve production yield 4. Ensure program documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review 5. Manage issues and allocate time and resources accordingly through fast-moving product development cycles 6. Develop high level production yield bridge and improvement plans 7. Work alongside hardware, software, testing and QA teams to resolve line-down issues on time in NPI build stage 8. Oversea Travel (around cum. 60% per year) 9. Research of India manufacturing industry and investigate solutions for building assembling lines there A day in the life 1. Track latest open items with deep dive mindset 2. Host necessary cross functional meetings 3. Identify new critical path or blockers with mitigation plan, if any
