Responsibilities: • User Feature Definition: Define clear and detailed user features with acceptance criteria in requirement documents, ensuring they reflect the needs and goals of stakeholders. • Specification Writing: Perform technical writing of software specifications based on product definitions, reference products, regulations, and applicable customer standards. Specify concepts and systems functionality, leading to the derivation of system specifications. •Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for product/ feature behavior between the development team and stakeholders, including product managers, test teams, and customers. Ensure alignment through clear documentation. • Comprehensive Coverage: Ensure that specifications written cover a complete range of products, including the creation of necessary drawings if required. • Standardization: Create standard software specification submittals and generate a software specification data bank to streamline the development process. Develop and maintain standardized templates and processes for consistency across projects. • Collaboration: Interact with various software groups to define the scope and details of specification requirements and product needs.
