Build factory project teams and maintain constant communication with cross-functional teams to ensure proper operations, build activities and output quality deliverables 2. Coordinate with customer counterparts to align the requirements/demands for project team’s execution and feedback progress timely 3. Plan and Control project build expenses within budget, predefined and agreed with both internal and external customers. 4. Drive all build team members for closure/containment of issues and mitigation of risks to move on the path to production. 5. Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve build targets, control expenses, eliminate errors and deliver excellent customer service to meet customer’s satisfactions 6. Proactive pursue strategic and operational objectives and keep growing the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s goals 7.
