工作內容
The production department at Decathlon, established in Taiwan in 1990, was one of the earliest departments to be set up in the country. Our primary responsibility is to manage suppliers and ensure the timely delivery of excellent products designed and developed in Taiwan to Decathlon stores worldwide. This position will be responsible for Cycle Component and E-bike products. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.You decide the best and innovative supply methods in order to: - achieve an ambitious target in terms of Lead Time of delivery in the right place and at the best cost. - offer the best level of Flexibility and reactivity to our Custom zone. 2. Pilot Production Planning: You sit with the Planning Department of our suppliers to cooperate, suggest and challenge their choices to guarantee the best service for our customers. 3. You manage orders effectively to ensure the reliable supply to customers, on time delivery and optimize stock 4. Maintain data quality with defined routine, data analysis of supplier’s performance and risk anticipation to propose the best solution on supply. 5. Via Cost analysis and continuous improvement mindset, you reach cost optimization and develop suppliers autonomy for sustainable performance. 6. Build the sense of sustainable development and CSR with the supplier drive them to reach sustainability. 工作職責 1.決定最佳和創新的供應方式，以利於： -以最優惠的價格及交貨時間來實現我們的目標。 -為迪卡儂所有零售區域提供最佳的靈活度和最大的彈性來供貨。 2.生產計劃：與供應商的生管部門一起偕同合作，以確保我們的客戶擁有最佳的服務。 3.通過訂單的有效管理，確保生產供應鏈的穩定，同時實現產品交期並優化庫存 4.在定義的工作頻率下,確保資訊的有效性與正確性，並且對供應商的績效和風險進行數據分析與提供解決方案 5. 透過成本分析, 持續改善以達到採購價格最佳化; 並協助提升供應商在供應鏈管理的自主性 6.與供應商建立社會責任與永續發展的商業模式, 推動並達成設定的各項發展指標。
