Network Engineer-RAN

About this opportunity We are now looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing design optimization and audit of a network to meet customer requirements. The position is applicable for design & optimization of RAN, BBA, Transmission, Core, OM and Services Networks. You will be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance. The role focuses on executing design, audit and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts. What You will do • Be responsible for optimization activities including LTE/NSA/SA parameters, features review and optimization • Be responsible for tuning activities example NSA expansion, new SA rollout, CA ratio optimization, load balance and layer management parameters and features • Be responsible for LTE/NSA/SA regional performance improvement and recommendation to meet KPI • Be responsible to do tuning and field troubleshooting related to NSA and SA performance in both drive test and performance counters • Be responsible for optimization activities e.g. worst cells, customer complaints and troubleshooting What you will bring: • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering majors (IT or Telecommunication) • Extensive experiences in drive test RF analysis using Nemo/TEMS/Actix Analyzer • Extensive experiences in radio network (Ericsson/Nokia) performance counters analysis • Experiences in working in radio network (Ericsson/Nokia features and parameters tuning • Good presentation skills and customer management • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
