【Role Overview】 The Executive Assistant to Senior Management will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the leadership team of The Icons. Beyond traditional assistant duties, this role also carries responsibilities in business development — supporting client acquisition, partnership cultivation, and revenue growth. Acting as a trusted partner to senior executives, the Executive Assistant ensures seamless operations, effective decision-making, and proactive contributions to business expansion. 【Key Responsibilities】 ● Manage and coordinate complex schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and events for senior executives. ● Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, managing client communications, and assisting in deal follow-ups. ● Identify and research potential partners, sponsors, and clients; provide insights and recommendations for executive decision-making. ● Serve as a liaison between senior management and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution. ● Prepare executive-level documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism. ● Assist in organising and executing client events, forums, and business meetings to enhance engagement and visibility. ● Oversee confidential matters with discretion, ensuring trust and credibility. ● Track project deadlines, sales pipelines, and KPIs; provide proactive reminders and status updates to senior management. ● Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align executive priorities with organisational growth objectives. 【Qualifications】 ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. ● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive assistant, business development, or client-facing roles. ● Demonstrated ability to support or directly contribute to revenue generation and client relationship management. ● Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance administrative and commercial tasks. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus). ● High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. ● Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative. ● Strong proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, CRM systems). ● Knowledge of media, communications, or sustainability sectors is advantageous.
