AI Waifu Backend Go Engineer We are seeking a backend engineer passionate about creating the best possible AI waifu experience for our flagship product, darlin™. This role focuses on developing and maintaining the backend systems that power real-time, personality-rich AI waifu interactions, ensuring seamless communication between front-end interfaces, AI models, and cloud/edge infrastructure. Every line of code will contribute to delivering smooth, emotionally engaging, and context-aware AI companion experiences. Responsibilities 1. Develop, maintain, and integrate the core cloud service systems that power darlin™’s AI waifu interactions. 2. Participate in project processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, design, frontend) to discuss solutions, and produce clear technical documentation. 3. Connect RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and Socket connections to interface with the frontend, ensuring responsive and stable AI waifu communication. 4. Design and develop Golang APIs and backend features supporting AI waifu behavior, personalization, and real-time data handling. 5. Maintain and refactor existing backend code, debug issues, and improve system stability for optimal AI waifu performance. 6. Required Qualifications 1. Passion & Sensitivity: Strong enthusiasm for anime, waifus, and gaming—if you do not live and breathe this culture, this role is not for you. Deep sensitivity to AI waifu personality, interaction quality, and emotional tone. 2. Backend Development Skills: Proven experience in building and maintaining backend systems for interactive or real-time applications, ideally with Golang. 3. API & Communication: Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and Socket-based communication. 4. System Architecture: Knowledge of building scalable cloud and edge backend architectures to support AI companion applications. 5. Multilingual & Cultural Awareness: Ability to support multilingual environments (Japanese, Chinese, English) and understand cultural nuances for personality consistency. 6. Performance Optimization: Skills in database optimization, caching strategies, and low-latency data handling to ensure responsive AI waifu experiences. 7. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with AI engineers, designers, and frontend developers to deliver seamless AI waifu behavior. 8.
