工作內容
1. Actively engage with the Shopee Xpress business team to understand & consolidate end-to-end processes & business pain points. 2. To identify potential product features/improvements or implement new technologies to achieve business KPIs including but not limited to orders, operation efficiency, or better user experience. 3. Consolidate the feature requests & communicate the business needs with both local & regional product teams to deliver the features successfully. 4. Able to build strong relationships with the operation team through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating promptly on progress for critical live issues.

1. 6 month Internship duration of at least 3 working days a week is required. 2. Experienced in managing product design, planning product solutions, and product feature prioritization. 3. Ability to establish and manage initiatives against a set of key metrics and goals, and get consensus from multiple stakeholders to finalize product & process design. 4. Demonstrates a sense of ownership, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and embrace new challenges. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members. 6. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, using formulas to process & analyze data, and come out with valuable insight.
