New product development and introduction 1、Coordinate and streamline the project schedule with engineering group and factory 2、Manage project progress and align with inside & outside team 3、Optimize and plan project budget 4、Cost management during project development cycle 5、Sample plan delivery 6、Key & full material preparation before & after pilot-run 7、Hold stage-gate meeting and review 8、Prepare for commercialization including user manual , web data ,etc. Commercialized product 1、Ensure customer satisfaction on customization project 2、Sales enablement on non-technical material , NRE charge , sample request ,etc. 3、Project status & issues review with customer & cross function team 4、ENC & DCN management 5、Schedule management on new feature delivery 6、Project certification, FW and documentation update to website Team coordinator and management 1、Awareness and arrangement on team resource 2、Build up SOP to discipline project flow 3、Regular tracking report on project alignment

1. Graduate or Postgraduate in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Engineering or similar. 2. Experience as a technical PM, PE or Project manager is a strong advantage. 3. Good understanding of the development workflow in an IT company. 4. Basic understanding of networking products and/or industrial products.. 5. Proficient in verbal and written English. 6. Be able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule. 7. Experience in the MS Office suite (with focus on Excel and Word), MS Project or RedMine is a plus. Soft skills: 1. Wide and open-thinking person. 2. Hands on and “get your hands drty” attitude. 3. Good communication ability, as it's fundamental in interacting with different people from different backgrounds and different countries. Ability to act as a facilitator to achieve the compromise that doesn't jeopardize the schedule or the project cost. 4. Extremely organized and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving issues on multiple products simultaneously with little or no supervision, high degree of autonomy. 5. Self motivated. 6. Able to integrate in a new team.
