1. Fluent in English communication in verbal and written skill, Japanese skills are considered as a plus 2. Exceptional verbal and written communication and excellent active listening skills 3. 3+ years of Customer facing Account Management experience in a technology-oriented organization with strong relationship building skills. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals 5. Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts on OEM/ODM business model, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks (Satellite / Telecom Communication industry with high-volume devices is preferred)
