
Zyxel is looking for a product marketing manager in charge of the marketing-related tasks for the company and its broadband solutions. You act as a multi-way bridge among multiple product SBUs, marketing teams, and external functional agencies to develop clear annual plans, strategies, and promotion plans for Zyxel company and its service provider solutions. Responsibilities include: 1. Go-to-Market Plans: Lead the product marketing team to work with product SBUs to develop annual solution campaigns/marketing programs and execution plans. Define selling points, solution positioning and proper communication approach towards operators’ interests; and coordinate with regional market development managers, marketing, and support teams for effective execution. 2. Event/Product Launch: Develop promotion plans and communication materials, including but not limited to, press releases, social media posts, sales kits, and success stories according to SBU’s product roadmaps and the company's marketing calendar. Assist regional marketing launch programs. 3. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality collaterals, including but not limited to, presentations, web content, multimedia, and other required sales tools to assist global sales/marketing teams. Build customers’ success stories to ensure that successful experience can be replicated on other new markets. 4. Corporate Brand Management: Regular company/technology materials initiate and release. Develop and execute communication plans based on brand direction and guidelines. Attend product award contests to strengthen company exposure and leading position.

1. At least 5 years of experience in the networking or high tech industry, preferably in product marketing, marcom or PR. Strong technical background with knowledge of telco/ISP or B2B business. 2. Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools in promoting company and solutions. 3. Proactive attitude with superior planning, coordination, and implementation skills. Able to work independently. 4. Strong technical and marketing acumen. Able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts into selling points, and derive executable marketing plans to achieve promotion objectives. 5. Fluent in English. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to communicate with western team members and overseas branches.
