Calls Over Ridges seeks a seasoned fundraising leader to architect and execute a fundraising strategy for our operations while incubating a high-performing local fundraising team. Ideal Candidate: • A connected fundraiser with proven access to international donors and corporate CSR programs • A builder who thrives in creating systems and mentoring teams • A strategist with a track record of securing multi-year, six-figure+ commitments Key Responsibilities 1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution • Deliver fundraising through institutional grants and corporate partnerships • Leverage and expand existing donor network to secure sustainable funding • Develop Local Team specific fundraising assets (pitch decks, proposals, impact reports) 2. Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as the primary face to high-value donors and institutional partners • Cultivate strategic relationships with international founders, partners and INGOs • Represent COR at key donor forums and networking events 3. Systems & Compliance • Establish fundraising SOPs that meet international compliance standards • Implement donor management systems for pipeline tracking and reporting 4. Local Team Incubation
