Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify market opportunities and risks. Brand Marketing 1. Plan, manage, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C business lines. 2. Online marketing: Manage SNS platforms, digital media planning/buying, and collaborations with KOLs/influencers to promote company’s products and solutions. 3. Offline marketing: Organize and execute trade shows, industry exhibitions, partner events, and company-hosted activities. 4. Ensure brand consistency and maximize local visibility in alignment with global brand strategy. 5. Work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

(固定或變動薪資因個人資歷或績效而異)• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field. • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in IT, consumer electronics, or semiconductor industries. • Strong analytical skills with experience in market data analysis and reporting. • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (SNS management, paid media, analytics platforms). • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a strong plus. • Good command of Japanese is preferred but not required. • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
