Your Responsibilities 1. SW development for our production verification 2. Develop and execute project plans for NPI projects. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful induction of new products into the production process. 4. Identify and manage project risks and issues. 5. Coordinate the transfer of products from development to production. 6. Work with design and quality teams to ensure that products meet all regulatory and quality requirements. 7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize NPI processes and procedures. 8. Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budget. 9. Manage the procurement of inventory of NPI materials and components. 10. Provide regular project updates to senior management. You Have 1. SW Coding skills. 2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. 3. Experience working with cross-functional teams. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards. 8. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Proficient in project management tools Great to Have 1. Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA). 2. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA. 3. Experience with product testing and validation. 4. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. 5. Minimum of 3 years of experience in NPI or related field.
