Product Development: -Lead the product development process from concept to commercialized reality. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and marketing. -Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends. 2. Project Management: -Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. -Manage project schedules and coordinate with overseas partners. -Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members. 3. Strategy and Planning: -Develop and implement product launch strategies. -Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. -Set clear goals and objectives for product performance and customer satisfaction. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: -Work closely with different expertise roles within the company. -Maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers. -Gather and incorporate feedback from end customers to improve products. 5. Performance Analysis: -Monitor and analyze product performance metrics. -Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Report on product success and areas for improvement to senior management. 6. Quality Assurance: -Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. -Oversee testing and validation processes. -Address and resolve any product-related issues. 7.
