【Job is Available after July, 2025】 We are looking for native English speakers who will take a fun and innovative approach to teaching kids in Taiwan. Teachers are encouraged to create a student-centered and activity-based learning environment in which they can enjoy learning and have plenty of time to read, expand, and explore everything they are curious about from the books. • What we offer o Salary is competitive and in proportion to qualifications and experience, ranging from 68,000-85,000 NT per month, including performance bonus, attendance bonus o Completion Bonus, Re-signing Bonus, and Yearly Increase based on performance o National Health Insurance. o Holidays and overtime are calculated according to the Labor Standards Act of Taiwan o Well-organized, coherent teaching materials o Supportive academic mentors and IT technicians o ARC and work permit provided if needed o Reliable pay and good job security o Training provided o Small classes with no more than 20 students per class to ensure quality education • What you will need o Native English speaker o minimum 2-year English/math/science teaching experience o Patience and energy o Creative communication skills o Able to teach Grade 1-6 Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science • Job Responsibilities o Organize classroom lessons and coursework o Prepare materials and activities o Assign homework and interesting exercises o Recommend books to students o Identify students with special requirements and create individualized reading plans o Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior o Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict o Inform parents about their children’s performance o Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
