主要職責 協助業務與臨床教育團隊於國內外醫療教學現場、臨床訓練課程或手術過程中執行產品操作支援，包含試用、測試、安裝、除錯與現場操作，確保系統穩定運作並提供即時技術協助。 負責公司產品於客戶端／手術室現場與醫療系統（含軟硬體及周邊設備）之整合測試、例行保養與維修作業，必要時支援海外合作夥伴或醫院的技術問題排除。 詳實記錄系統維護、異常排除與故障排查等歷程，並回報研發與技術團隊，供內部技術分析與產品改善。 執行國內外醫師與使用者的產品教育訓練與教學活動，協助醫師、工程師及醫學院學員熟悉系統功能與臨床應用。 具備基本英文聽說能力（可應付簡單溝通與操作說明）即可。 需能配合國內外醫院、教育機構或合作夥伴需求，彈性調整出勤時間與出差安排（含短期海外出差、展會支援與教育訓練活動）。 進入手術室協助手術器械操作（跟刀），熟悉臨床使用流程，確保產品應用與教學示範順利進行，並提供臨場技術支援。 條件加分項目 具備工程（生醫、電子、機械、資訊）或護理背景者佳。 具備醫療器材現場支援或臨床操作經驗者優先錄取。 無經驗可，本公司具備完整的教育與實務培訓制度，提供從產品技術到臨床應用的全方位教學。 公司理念 我們歡迎具備基本英文能力、樂於學習並挑戰跨領域工作的求職者加入， 共同推動公司於國際市場的臨床應用與教育發展。 Surgical System Application Engineer｜Job Description (Domestic & International) Responsibilities Assist the sales and clinical education teams in domestic and international medical training sessions or live surgeries by providing product operation support, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and real-time technical assistance. Conduct integration testing, regular maintenance, and repair of the company’s systems in hospital operating rooms or client sites, and support international partners or hospitals with technical troubleshooting when needed. Accurately document system maintenance and troubleshooting records for internal analysis and product improvement. Conduct product training and teaching sessions for surgeons, engineers, and medical students both domestically and abroad to help them understand system functions and clinical applications. Basic English communication ability is sufficient for daily interaction and technical explanation. Be flexible with working hours and travel schedules to support domestic and overseas hospitals, training centers, or exhibitions when required. Enter operating rooms to assist in surgical device operation (scrub-in support), ensuring smooth clinical workflow and product demonstration. Preferred Qualifications Background in engineering (biomedical, electrical, mechanical, or IT) or nursing is preferred. Experience in medical device field support or clinical operation is a plus.
