Job Description : ✔mmWave陣列天線設計,評估及模擬開發 ✔天線專案設計、分析和解決問題 ✔天線性能測試與驗證 ✔協助天線導入生產相關事宜 ✔提供天線技術諮詢 Additional Skills : ✔3年以上天線設計經驗 ✔熟悉天線理論與電磁模擬軟體HFSS與繪圖AutoCAD軟體 ✔具備天線基本儀器量測 ✔能獨立解決設計及生產問題 ✔具良好溝通能力與態度積極正向思考 ✔樂於向團隊分享設計及debug經驗 Job Description : ✔ Design of mmWave/FWA/SmallCell array antenna. And validation, issue analysis, optimization. ✔ Wideband Horn design ✔ S parameter/Beamform Pattern measurement & analysis. ✔ Feeding network design, impedance matching. ✔ OTA system setup and analysis of measured results. ✔ Coordinate with system team on antenna integration. ✔ Coordinate with manufacturers on design rules and process control. ✔ Perform simulation, optimization and testing with the help of latest tools. ✔ Coordinate with all the internal team for product delivery ✔ Contribute to the design reviews conducted in the team. ✔ Provide simulations, requirements and antenna definitions. ✔ Provide guidance and support to the junior engineers. Skills : ✔ Understanding antenna theory. （Advanced Electro-magnetics is better.） ✔ Design of planar antenna and validation ✔ OTA test experience of antenna ✔ Understanding array factor and their theory & design. Tools ： ✔ SA/SG/VNA/CATR ✔ Ansys HFSS, AWR AXIEM & AWR MWO simulation and optimization. ✔ Layout Conditions ： ✔ 2 years experience or above. (5 years experience is better.） ✔ EE and ECE BS or higher
