Admin - Head of Education

Through project-based and application-based learning, GEMS Academy hopes to inspire more people to step out of their comfort zone and seek out their passions. GEMS Academy is offering various programs for the international high schools students. We are looking for a candidate to develop the global educational programs and lead the youths. This position should be passionate with out of box education for the next generation. He/She should be familiar with for international education and understanding the path of the international schools students. Primary Responsibilities: - Management of Education systems and Teachers - Educational program development and maintenance - Resource development and management - Goal and Execution managements - Marketing event engagements Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelors (ongoing or finished) - Story teller - Familiar with International school path - Passionate in communicating and organizing new program - Creative and organized team member - Self-motivated and proactive. - Study abroad will be a plus
