PCBA測試工程師（TE）

【角色摘要】 泰詠作為提供客製化EMS代工服務的夥伴，需於產品測試端從試產至量產，主導前端PCBA測試站建置與流程規劃，並與客戶共創更多、更快、更好的測試專業服務與價值。 【職務內容】 1.與客戶協作、規劃並設計符合產品特性的 PCBA 測試(含治具、測試軟體參數建議、測試流程等)。 2.開發、設定與維運測試程式與設備(DFT)，確保測試效率與準確度。 3.撰寫操作程序書(SOP)、維修手冊等測試相關文件。 4.針對測試現場運作狀況進行追蹤與改善，確保測試良率(高首次通過率、低重測率)。 5.跨部門協調合作並提供測試技術建議，以持續優化客戶產品測試服務。 6.參與客戶設計端技術移轉，與各項製程、測試優化等會議。 【Summary】 As an Automatic Testing Engineer (ATE), you'll focus on optimizing test processes, improving debugging efficiency, and enhancing production yield rates by cross-functional coordination and teamwork, ensuring smooth communication between engineering, quality, and production teams. By applying DFX (Design for Testing & Repairing) principles, you'll develop better testing solutions to enhance manufacturability, reliability, and customer satisfaction. 【Responsibility & Duties】 1. Perform failure analysis and repair on PCBAs with test failures, identifying issues beyond visual inspection. 2. Conduct automated test debugging and troubleshooting, ensuring restored functionality. 3. Handle production line test failures, track abnormalities, and refine troubleshooting workflows. Provide detailed failure reports to customers, clarifying internal test findings and facilitating discussions. 4. Adjust and optimize test programs to improve accuracy, efficiency, and process stability. 5. Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance testing and repair methodologies. Support RMA services, ensuring repaired units meet quality standards and customer expectations.
