Identify valuable positioning and application scenarios within the industrial ecosystem. B. Develop and plan short, medium, and long-term design service and technology roadmaps, creating competitive design service solutions. C. Attract and recruit the right talent, collaborate with partners to solve problems, train core team members, and establish a talent succession plan. D. Serve as a communication bridge for related technologies, using clear discussion and summary skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and build consensus in an easy-to-understand manner.
