[Job Summary] We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer with experience in foam manufacturing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing foam manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and sustainability. [Responsibilities] • Develop and optimize foam manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and cost-effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, to identify opportunities for innovation and sustainability in foam development and manufacturing. • Design and implement quality control procedures to ensure that foam products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. • Test and analyze foam behavior to ensure that product performance and quality meet or exceed requirements. • Ensure that developed foam processes and products can be transferred to scale in production. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to foam product development teams to ensure product performance and quality. • Identify and troubleshoot issues with foam processes and develop solutions to improve product performance and quality. • Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings and sustainability improvements. • Develop and maintain documentation and reports on foam processes, testing, and product performance. • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that foam products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that foam production runs smoothly and efficiently. • Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. [Requirements] • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. • 2+ years of experience in chemical engineering, foam manufacturing, quality control, or related field. • Strong knowledge of foam fabrication equipment and process design and optimization. • Familiarity with sustainable materials and manufacturing practices in the foam industry. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex foam challenges. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the foam industry. • Experience with testing and analyzing foam behavior. • Passionate about innovation and sustainability, with a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
