Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager To support our teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add 2 or More Business Development Managers. Reporting to the BD Director, the BD Manager role will take lead of display related business development. What a typical day looks like: • Investigate and cultivate the LCM products business opportunities in the EU or US region. • Define and business development strategy and carry out effective sales activities to penetrate targeted customers/projects. • Facilitate and enhance cross-functional communication and relationships to maximize customer satisfaction criteria and operational performance. • Align with DJN culture and global product strategy to detail tactics for business intelligence. • Integrate internal resource and external resource for new business acquisition, streamline BD tactics/activities casting. • Be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to create and sustain business demand. The experience we're looking to add to our team: • Rich business development skill. • Rich client resource. • Good communication. • Good English or Japanese both in oral and written. • Basic or advanced German language skill is a plus. • Experience in LCD product.
