【Responsibilities】 工作內容 ・Responsible for Amazon e-commerce KPI, including sales and growth rate. 負責亞馬遜平台銷售 KPI 及達成率。 ・Create monthly, quarterly business objectives and reports. 整理月 / 季商品銷售報表。 ・Create marketing and growth strategies, manage end-to-end execution by communicating with internal and external teams. 規劃行銷及銷售策略、跨團隊溝通協調。 ・Provide a sales forecast and make production plans for USA / CANADA. 規劃北美銷售預測計劃 (數量、金額) 及生產計劃表。 ・Optimize product listings, including copywriting and graphic design. 優化 LISTINGS、文案及產品頁面排版。 ・Optimize sales performance by managing ads, media, affiliates, KOL, etc. 優化亞馬遜平台廣告及文案。 ・Market research and competitor analysis. 市場趨勢及競品調查。 ・Plan and execute marketing campaigns according to branding strategy. 策劃品牌行銷活動。 ・Work closely with Amazon and Amazon representatives to seize any opportunities to drive sales growth. 協同亞馬遜官方團隊、參與銷售合作案。 ・Support any tasks assigned by the supervisor. 完成主管交辦任務。 【Requirements】條件 ・3+ years of experience in managing B2C e-commerce platforms (Amazon is required) 3 年以上 B2C 電商平台經驗 (亞馬遜操作為必要條件)。 ・Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing or Business 行銷或商業相關科系學士以上。 ・Knowledge of payment flow, logistics, pay media, and data-driven analysis (e.g. Google Analytics) 具 GA 分析能力、懂金流、物流、第三方支付。 ・Able to collaborate with cross-functional departments, partners, and vendors 具跨部門、夥伴、廠商協同合作能力。 ・Cope well under pressure 抗壓性高。 ・Excellent verbal and written communication in English 英文說寫流利溝通。 ・Ability in a second foreign language is a plus 具第二外語為加分條件。
