數位金融產品企劃人員(Digital Finance Product Manager)_法人金融部

1. 銀行企金及個金各項業務系統建置或升級之專案管理，包含規劃業務流程、撰寫產品需求書、跨部門協調等等，推動專案進度與品質控管事項 2. 處理客戶反映的系統異常或操作困難，必要時與內部技術部門協作進行排查(具企網銀系統經驗尤佳) 3. 企業客戶拓展：依據業務目標，開發及拓展客戶及商務合作夥伴，建立多元合作模式，提升品牌/產品價值與市場競爭力 4. 金融科技趨勢研究：關注數位金融法規發展，分析金融科技應用趨勢，提出創新應用建議，協助業務策略制定 1. Project management for the establishment or upgrade of various corporate and retail banking systems includes planning business processes, writing product requirement documents, cross-departmental coordination, and driving project progress and quality control 2. Handle system abnormalities or operational difficulties reported by customers, and collaborate with internal technical departments on troubleshooting when necessary (experience with corporate online banking systems is a plus) 3. Corporate client expansion: Based on business objectives, develop and expand clients and business partners, establish diverse cooperation models, and enhance brand/product value and market competitiveness 4. FinTech trend research: Monitor the development of digital financial regulations, analyze FinTech application trends, propose innovative application suggestions, and assist in the formulation of business strategies
