Network and Communication Solutions (NCS) business group focuses on the latest network technology and helps to build reliable network infrastructure, by delivering professional design and manufacturing services in addition to cutting edge-platform solutions, for customers all over the world. NCS's network application platform is widely adopted in Cyber Security Appliance, Load Balancer, 5G uCPE, SD-WAN, SASE, Edge Computing, Storage, NVR, and other network applications for businesses of all sizes. In this role, you will: 1. Be responsible for customer business management in the APAC region. 2. Gather product market information and formulate market expansion and sales strategies. 3. Handle market promotion, customer development, customer relationship management, and drafting of sales plans. 4. Communicate and mediate any customer issues concerning sales and services. 5. Engage in department management and assist in setting organizational performance goals. 6. Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a distinct advantage. 7. Collect market intelligence to shape strategic sales plans, then execute these plans to reach sales targets established by management. 8. Develop a comprehensive business development plan for the assigned region, encompassing Key Account (KA) prospecting, partnership, and distributor initiatives, as well as ecosystem development. 9. Lead a sales team, providing coaching and performance monitoring to ensure each member contributes effectively towards the achievement of organizational goals.

1. Proven track record of good sales performance, business development, maintaining top-tier customer relationships, and account growth. 2. A minimum of 15 years of sales experience in related industries (network communication ODM field is an advantage), with at least 5 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong leadership skills, business acumen, result-driven mentality, the ability to perform under pressure, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive initiatives within tight deadlines. 4. Excellent English communication and presentation skill is a must; proficiency in a second language such as Korean is highly preferred.
