[高雄] Electrical Engineer (電氣/電機工程師)

此職務需求為高雄富邦人壽凹子底捷運站旁開發案 (Samsung C&T Corporation-宏昇營造公司 JV) 1.熟悉營建工程電力或弱電系統之合約、規範、圖面與施工。 Familiar with the contracts, specifications, drawings, and construction of electrical or ELV systems. 2.協調電氣系統與相關工種之工作，如結構、建築、裝修、鋼構、帷幕和其他系統(機械、 空調、消防、給排水、監控及其他)。 Interface coordination among electrical system and related works, such as RC, architecture, decoration, steel structure, facade and other systems (including mechanical, AC, fire protection, water supply/drainage, BA and others). 3.管理承包商，確保工程內之文件送審、進度、試俥、驗收、執照申請可順利進行。 Manage subcontractors well to ensure the project works proceed smoothly, including document submission, progress, T&C, acceptance inspection, and license application. 4.協助辦理專案成控、計價、品管、勞安及設計等事務，並參加相關會議。 Assist in project cost control, pricing, quality control, labor safety, design works, etc., and participate in relevant meetings. 5.掌握綠建築、智慧建築及五大管線之相關法令、時效與文件，並通過申請。 Familiar with the relevant laws, prescriptions, and documentation of Green buildings, intelligent buildings, and the five major systems; and get approval for related applications. 6.辦理部門主管交辦事項，並製作相關計畫與報告，適時回報與建議。 Finish tasks assigned by supervisors. Prepare related plans and reports. Timely report progress and provide suggestions.
