[高雄] QA/QC Engineer (品保/品管工程師)

此職務需求為高雄富邦人壽凹子底捷運站旁開發案 (Samsung C&T Corporation-宏昇營造公司 JV) 1.編制現場品質計畫和現場品質手冊。 2.執行現場品質計畫和現場品質手冊。 3.每天進行現場檢查，以驗證承包商的工作是否符合項目規範和適用規範。 4.進行資料檢查，以驗證產品是否符合規範，以及是否實施了儲存、分級和資料處理方法。 5.稽核分包商品質控制程式。 6協調和安排場外設備來源檢查。 7.記錄所有施工測試和檢查 8.不合格品之管制。 9.檢驗、量測和試驗設備的控制。 1.Prepare site quality plan and the Site Quality Manual. 2.Implement the site quality plan and Site Quality Manual 3.Perform daily field inspections to verify contractor’s work complies with the project specifications and applicable codes. 4.Perform material inspections to verify that the products are to specifications and that storage, staging and material handling methods are implemented. 5.Audit subcontractor quality control procedures. 6.Coordinate and schedule for offsite equipment Source Inspections. 7.Document all construction testing and inspection 8.Control of Nonconforming Product 9.Control of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment
