1. Minimum of a bachelor's in engineering, science, or related departments. 2. 5+ years of quality experience in assembly, or test. 3. Knowledge of assembly and test manufacturing processes. Basic knowledge of FAB processes. 4. Problem solving skills. 5. Statistical analysis skills. 6. Product reliability analysis skills. 7. FA report review skill. 8. Experience and knowledge of TS16949 and automotive quality requirements. 9. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of articulating complex concepts and solutions. 10. Demonstrated leadership to secure support and guide cross-functional teams in achieving goals. 11. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. 12. Excellent Chinese/English speaking skills.
