1. 負責制定集團IT基礎設施架構策略與標準，熟悉跨國集團網路架構設計、AD設計管理、資訊安全、雲地混和架構 2. 能給予全球基礎建設團隊技術指導，主動協助並執行處理網路與系統相關問題，確保集團基礎架設的安全性與營運不中斷 3. 能透過良好的策略規劃、有效的跨部門溝通，達到提供IT基礎建設的最佳化營運管理 4. 確保集團各地基礎建設團隊都能提供高標準且一致的優良服務 5. 與各地IT團隊合作，協同推動或導入IT基礎建設專案 1. Lead and setup the global policy and standard for infrastructure related topics, including network design, AD management, cyber security, server administration, cloud operation, software management etc. 2. Provide technical direction to global teams for delivering smooth and secure end-to-end infrastructure solutions across group. 3. Deliver operational excellence by planning, organizing, and managing project members and overall operations to ensure the stable and secure operation of IT infrastructure 4. Ensure each regional teams work in a consistent manner to deliver IT infrastructure services. 5. Develop key performance metrics and implement monitoring system to measure and report on status and security of regional infrastructure. 6. Participate in the development of overall IT strategies in collaboration with IT Leadership. 7. Partner with local IT teams to deploy IT infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements following enterprise’s guidelines. 8. Manage IT infrastructure projects, allocate resources, and deliver projects on-time and on-budget. 9. Maintain solid communication on infrastructure-related deliverables with all stakeholders.
