*️⃣【HR Training Function｜知名外商銀行】Training Specialist 教育訓練人員 / 月薪$35,000-50,000元起 / 歡迎具人資教育訓練相關背景經驗者｜BIS_233 【工作內容】 • Coordinate the implementation of branch mandatory training, personal effectiveness, leadership training and language programs. • Prepare training logistics, such as training budget and cost management, preparation for the venue & catering, training material, training record maintenance etc. • Act as a local point of contact to support the implementation of regional learning and development initiatives at the branch level, such as communicating the launch of regional L&D programs, facilitating nomination for regional training programs, assisting to manage the regional learning system. • Responsible for the new hires onboarding process, including the orientation and profile/documents management. • Responsible for the off-boarding process, including termination and off-boarding documentation and filing. • Manage probation process, including probation notice distribution, follow-ups and probation extension process. • Support other HR projects as assigned. 【需求條件】 • University graduate and above with at least 3 years of HR related experience especially in training function. • Recent Workday experience is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with others effectively and courteously. • Good attention to detail and organization skills. • Computer literacy (MS Office applications). • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations. • Proficient in English is a must. 【工作時間】 • 週一至週五 08:50-17:50 • 週休六日、見紅休假 【薪資福利】 • 月薪$38,000-48,000元起 (依經驗核薪) • 依勞基法享勞保、健保、團保、勞退、加班費、特休假 ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– ▲【歡迎寄送履歷至信箱】: Tim.chen@adecco.com ▲【歡迎私訊｜Linkedin】: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tim-chen-682854144/ 4144/
