- This position is responsible for building and executing sales strategy for our ETF business with distributors and institution investors. - Build and maintain great relationship with securities companies. - Provide training, visits and seminars to serve securities companies to enhance the product awareness and promotion of our ETF products. - Approach institution investors for the introduction and sales of our ETF products.

Academic Qualification: - Bachelor or master degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing and finance related field. - Possesses SITE/SICE relevant license Experience: - 3 years plus of fund sales related experience in financial industry - ETF related sales experience is a plus - Proven track record of good relationship with key securities companies’ ETF related functions and head quarter is a plus Knowledge: - Familiar with SITE/SICE regulations and asset management industry general compliance. - Familiar with investment market & products. - Understanding of ETF sales strategy, experience and knowledge of promoting ETF through brokerage relationship and institutions Skills: - Fluent in MS-Office (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint) skills. - Good communication skills - Great written and verbal communications skills Personal Attributes: - Sales orient business mindset - Willing to actively and aggressively engage with external stakeholders - Creative thinking - Persuade excellency - Independent - Eager to learn
