
1. Work in conjunction with our Manufacturer Reps to identify customers, strategies and plans to enable new design wins and revenue. 2. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner. 3. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively showcase our products and capabilities. 4. Develop a good understanding of Rugged Computer , High Performance GPU Server, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs. 5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the life of the customer engagement. 6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. 7. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, operations, and executive management in the US and Taiwan to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. 8. Prepare/submit internal sales reports as required, and attend internal monthly sales meetings with executive management and headquarters sales team members.
