工作內容

CreatorDB is an influencer marketing software platform plus agency focused on using big data analytics with AI to help companies efficiently run marketing campaigns with social media creators in terms of time and cost. Our office, located in Taipei, is composed of team members from many countries in a friendly and international environment. AND we are now looking to fill a starting role in Sales, in a fast-paced start-up environment. The SDR team plays a critical role in driving our “outbound” growth by identifying prospective customers, sparking their interest, and booking qualified appointments with Account Executives. Job Responsibilities: ●      As an SDR your goal is to qualify & develop prospective clients ●      Perform outbound cold emailing, messaging & in person meetings to generate leads ●      Qualify opportunities, arrange next steps and pass them off to the appropriate sales team member ●      Create and maintain a pipeline of contacts of prospective clients ●      Provide follow-up on demand-generation activities ●      Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts ●      Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential for CreatorDB products ●      Present and articulate product features & benefits ●      Work with modern sales tech stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator etc.) ●      Weekly report of main KPIs and projects to direct supervisor Job Requirements ●      Energetic, disciplined, upbeat, team player ●      Excellent communication & email writing skills in English & Mandarin Chinese ●      Determination to achieve measurable goals in a fast-paced environment ●      Objection handling experience ●      Outstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity ●      Able to learn and understand product solutions and features ●      Clear and demonstrated understanding of sales needs, social media, and the creator economy Education/ Work experience: ●      Bachelor's or equivalent degree with 0–3 years of job experience ●      A degree in Business or Sales related fields is a plus
