Bioconjugation chemist

We are seeking an experienced Bioconjugation chemist to join our R&D team. This role is to support the development and commercialization of photolabeling reagents that are used in the Microscoop™ platform. You will be a key contributor in the biology group to support the development of novel reagents. 【General tasks】 1. Developing innovative and efficient synthetic routes for target compounds 2. Designing and optimizing methods for bioconjugation. 3. Performing bioconjugation or protein modification at laboratory scale. 4. Characterizing and purifying conjugates using HPLC, FPLC, and other biochemical methods. 5. Scaling up the synthesis reagents to produce larger quantities of final product. 6. Coordinating with CDMOs for the synthesize compounds and conjugates. 7. Collaborating with R&D, Reagent, and CDMO teams to implement strategies that facilitate commercialization of the developed reagents. 8. Maintaining clear and legible experimental records. 9. Performing other related tasks as required.
