4800 Senior Tooling Engineer

1.Design molds and participate in mold manufacturing, machining, assembly, sample delivery, mold trials, and acceptance based on 2D and 3D mold design drawings. 2.Responsible for pre-molding planning and post-molding schedule control. 3.Conduct mold flow analysis. 4.Responsible for mold quotation and cost analysis. 5.Plan and manage mold production lines. 6.Responsible for the fabrication of inspection and jigs/fixtures for the production unit, as well as handling and improving abnormal issues. 7.Responsible for mold maintenance and repair operations. 8.Evaluate the feasibility of new product mold development. 9.Responsible for analyzing quality abnormalities. 1. 設計模具，並依2D與3D的模具設計圖參與模具製造、加工、組立、送樣、試模及驗收工作。 2. 負責開模前之規劃及開模後之進度掌控。 3. 進行模流分析。 4. 負責模具估價及成本分析。 5. 規劃與管理模具之生產線。 6. 負責生產單位檢具、治具製作及異常事項的處理及改善。 7. 負責模具的維修及保養作業。 8. 評估新產品模具開發的可行性。 9. 負責品質異常問題分析。
