Signal Integrity Engineer ( Cabled Backplane Systems)

• Support Sales Engineers and FAE teams for multiple cable backplane system programs. Assist in the definition of proper connector solutions based on program requirements. • Support the internal Sales Engineers to develop strategies for product break-in at existing and new accounts based on signal integrity and electrical engineering expertise • Provide link simulation and evaluation of potential topologies. • Develop SI strategies for customer pinouts and routing challenges. • Contribute to an established team of dedicated signal integrity engineers and engineers of other disciplines. • Share knowledge and pursue continuous improvement in methods and workflows • Collaborate multi-disciplinary teams in the integration of various products across multiple Amphenol divisions. • Assist with providing solutions to customers across a wide range of sectors with their high speed data transmission requirements • Design and evaluate next generation production test platforms. • Support Production to ensure a high level test and measurement excellence. • Identify and resolve signal Integrity issues in PCB layout. • Design, build, and measure circuit boards for measurement and verification of products • Apply circuit theory and high-speed digital transmission, PCB layout principles for high-speed digital design
