Ensure the factory's operational compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and cultural standards. 2. Oversee all Human Resources (HR), General Affairs, and Administrative functions for the entire plant. 3. Drive the implementation and execution of operational policies and strategic projects. 4.Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the plant's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. 5. Effectively implement and manage ESG initiatives, focusing on environmental sustainability, energy management, and the reduction of carbon emissions. 6. Proven management experience in the footwear and/or bag manufacturing industry is required.

1.具備跨部門,與工會、地方鄉民、政府部門直接以印尼語言溝通協調能力。 2.有包、袋廠/鞋廠 營運管理經驗5年以上。 3.具印尼5年以上長駐經驗,並有1000人以上之工廠行政管理實務經驗尤佳。 4. 此職缺需長期派駐。 Requirements & Qualifications 1. Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders—including labor unions, local communities, and government authorities—directly in fluent Indonesian. 2.A minimum of 5 years of operational management experience within the bag and/or footwear manufacturing industry. 3. Over 5 years of long-term expatriate experience in Indonesia is required; hands-on administrative management experience in a factory of 1,000+ employees is highly preferred. 4. This position requires a long-term expatriate assignment based in Indonesia.
