工作內容

**Budgeting & Forecasting** - Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts. - Collaborate with business teams to consolidate revenue and expense projections. - Conduct variance analysis between actual and planned figures, providing monthly and quarterly forecast reports. **Business & Performance Analysis** - Analyze client and project profitability, gross margin, and cost structures. - Track key financial KPIs, operating expenses, and revenue trends. **Cost Control & Headcount Monitoring** - Monitor staff costs, headcount data, and manpower allocation in collaboration with HR. - Provide financial insights and cost optimization suggestions to department heads. **Cross-functional Collaboration & Management Reporting** - Partner with departments such as Client Service, Media Buying, HR, and Procurement to align on financial data and business plans. - Prepare business reviews, ROI analysis, and management decks for leadership teams. - Support regional or global FP&A reporting requirements. **Process & System Optimization** - Assist with automation initiatives using Excel macros, Power Query, and other tools to enhance efficiency.
