About the Role As a Senior Executive in the FP&A team, you will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the business. You will work closely with business units, finance teams, and senior management to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment. What You’ll Be Doing Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reports. Analyse financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to management. Partner with business units to understand operational drivers and their financial impact. Support the consolidation of regional and global financial data for reporting purposes. Prepare management presentations and dashboards for senior leadership. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data in line with WPP reporting standards. Assist in improving FP&A processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and commercial teams. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, modelling) and PowerPoint. Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or similar tools is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Who You Are A proactive and results-oriented professional.
