• Ensure the formation of PCALT Technology Risk Management framework and the successful rollout and implementation. • Provide technical and best practice guidance on information and technology risk ,taking into account specific platform and regional complexities and issues. • Support PCALT risk management function in ensuring periodic reporting of information and technology risk matters to Risk Committee. • Work closely with non-financial risk(operational risk) management team in managing information and technology risk • Ensure the formation of the information and technology risk appetite and key risk metrics for management oversight and the successful rollout within PCALT. • Proactively monitor PCALT risk register related to IT and to escalate any potential risk area for Group level risk reporting. • Work closely with ORM to review risk register to ensure the risk rating, treatment plan and target completion date can reduce/mitigate the risk on reasonable basis. • Promote a risk culture to stakeholders in managing IT risk.

1. 10+ years of practical working experience in Technology and/or IT governance/IT service management/IT risk is a must, risk management or audit is a plus, and experience on the corporate side in the financial industry a plus. 2. In addition to a Technology/MIS/Information Management related degree, be appropriately certified and/or have other relevant technical certifications such as IT Management, IT Governance, Technology Risk Management, Cloud, Software Engineering, Project Management, Technology Audit or Cybersecurity, etc. (ITIL related, ISO 20000 L.A., CGEIT, DevOps Engineer Professional, Google DevOps Engineer, Microsoft related certifications, Microsoft Certified Azure Solution, CRISC, etc.) 3. Familiarity with financial/insurance industry regulations and regulatory system, and good internal control and compliance concepts and practices 4. Have the ability of teamwork, communication and coordination, project planning and management, analytical thinking, and multi-tasking. Prudent and attentive to work deliverables and prioritize according to needs. 5. Above intermediate English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability, and good Chinese writing and reading skills (English CV is required in addition to Chinese CV). 6. Desirable traits which will be an added advantage: (1) Known as an SME in own functional area and is often sought out after for advice/consultation. (2) Programming background / data analysis skills. 7. Has a good network of people in the industry (to keep abreast of developments in a fast-moving IT landscape)
