[ Key Responsibilities ] • Working closely with the President, set and implement the overall business development strategy • Develop, contact, approach and identify key decision makers and influencers across target businesses in the Asia-Pacific and worldwide market • Close partnership deals, including negotiation of commercial terms and working alongside the legal and finance team, and taking the commercial lead to conclude full agreements • Build the pipeline and sales cycle, prepare creative partner presentations, develop strong brand relationships and ultimately negotiate favorable commercial partnerships that align with the overall commercial strategy • Build and lead relationships with current partners, ultimately securing increased spend and commitment • Manage existing and future partner relationships worldwide • Maintain and update corporate social media platform to promote awareness of APG image externally • Travel regularly [ Qualifications & Skills ] • Native Chinese and with fluent spoken & written business English skills • Possess a solid track record of sourcing, negotiating and completing partnership deals • Experienced in tailoring sales pitches to suit / fit broad strategy and brand objectives of major corporations • Experience working in a multi-cultural business setting • Flexible and open mindset to sales approach, with a willingness to learn new skills and methodologies • Attention to detail and perfectionism in preparation of materials to support meetings • Highly polished and well presented • Passionate and dynamic • High integrity, tenacity and energy with ability to travel extensively
