1.Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters. 2.Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Develop new business with existing customers and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. 3.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenues and profits. 4.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Azurewave solutions that match both customer and company needs and objectives. 5.Timely and thoroughly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. 6.Regularly perform forecast and track key account metrics to maximize sales results and to fulfill forecasted plans. 7.Regularly analyze the territory and market potential. Conduct researches related to our industry to identify market trend and present values to internal teams and to customers to drive for design-win.

1.Proven work experience as sales representative, account manager, or relevant role with adaptability and strong problem solving skills. 2.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key personnel at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. 3.Ability to perform multi-tasks in a highly challenging environment. 4.A team player with the ability to build rapport and teamwork with others within the company and externally. 5.Excellent skills with MS Office (PPT, Excel, etc.) and ERP/CRM software. 6.BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
