This role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing programs that generate and nurture leads while enhancing brand awareness. You will work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives that align with our business goals. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Product & Brand Marketing - Lead product marketing campaigns for key B2B lines such as Interactive Flat Panel, Projectors, InstaShow wireless presentation devices, and digital signage solutions. - Develop and implement branding strategies to elevate product visibility and preference within the business market. - Conduct market and competitor analysis, define target segments, and identify growth opportunities. - Plan and produce B2B marketing content and sales collateral including brochures, case studies, and videos. - Design and execute cross-product commercial solution campaigns tailored for various business sectors. - Manage and monitor annual marketing budget effectively. 2. Digital Marketing & Social Media - Optimize owned and social media channels to grow digital presence and engagement. - Execute digital marketing campaigns and evaluate performance based on ROI. - Integrate marketing systems and tools to streamline operations and track effectiveness (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). 3. Lead Generation & Nurturing - Coordinate both online and offline marketing resources to drive lead generation and customer engagement. - Support channel marketing and expansion initiatives with localized campaigns and assets.

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years marketing experience are required 2. Excellent communication skills and presentation capability 3. Email, database, and digital marketing experience are required 4. Experience directly managing B2B Marketing programs is preferred 5. Google Analytics certified and Google Ad Word certified are preferred 6. Experience with HubSpot to manage automation marketing tool is preferred 7. Experience with Salesforce to nurture, track and report on lead conversions is preferred 8. Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn. 9. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail 10.
