資深軟體支援工程師 Sr. Software and Support Engineer ( 嘉義 )

Key Responsibilities include: • Write well-designed, efficient code based on specifications • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software • Gather and evaluate user feedback • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting • Check support ticket and provide support on user issues. • Laptops/Computers, infrastructure management • Ad hoc report on excel/power apps if requested by supervisor. 主要職責： •根據規範編寫設計良好、高效的代碼。 • 對現有軟體進行故障排除、調試和升級 。 • 收集和評估用戶反饋。 • 建立用於參考和報告的技術文件。 • 檢查支援票證並就用戶問題提供支援。 • 電腦與其他硬體管理。 • 如果主管要求，請提供有關 excel/power apps 的臨時報告。 Requirements: • Proven experience as a Software developer, Software and Support Engineer or similar role • Experience with software design and development • Experience with database management is an added advantage • Ability to learn new languages and technologies • Minimum 3 years of IT/computer software experiences. • Preferably with prior experiences from manufacturing or industrial industry. • Excellent communication skills (able to communicate in English will be in advantage). • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 要求： • 具有軟體開發人員、軟體和支援工程師或類似角色的成熟經驗 。 • 具有軟體設計和開發經驗 。 • 具有資料庫管理經驗者優先。 • 具學習新語言和技術的能力。 • 至少 3 年的 IT/電腦軟體經驗。 • 最好具有製造或工業行業的經驗。 • 出色的溝通技巧（能用英語交流者優先）。 • 計算機科學、工程或相關領域的 BSc/BA。
